Talent International ⟩ Senior Experience Designer
We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer who truly strives to understand the users' real pain points, digging deep to seek out the biggest opportunities for clients, see things that they don't always see and then work collaboratively to best solve them together through high quality, digital solutions.
Your role will see you bridging the gap between the user, the business and technology, by planning and facilitating workshops, conducting exploratory user research and mapping complex user journeys.
Combining your banking and capital market knowledge and design expertise you will to then be able to define and deliver the UI design at various levels of fidelity, from sketches to prototypes, whilst also defining design systems and pattern libraries and working closely with the Head of Experience Design to scope and plan design projects.
Capital Markets knowledge, ideally at least one large design project implementation and/or 12 - 18 months experience in this financial sector.
Case Studies that demonstrate collaboration, big picture thinking, an immersive, pragmatic and consultative approach, whilst taking ownership of strategy, user research and UX delivery including user journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping.
A natural ability to apply design thinking and lean UX philosophies in Agile environments.
