Purpose of Position
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to design world-class user experiences for the Dunkin' mobile app & web platforms. This position will support the Dunkin' Loyalty & Digital Marketing team and partner closely with engineering, product, QA, marketing, and analytics to translate business and users' goals into elegant but practical designs that can deliver on key business and user metrics.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Concept, create, and iterate on wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design for both app and web
  • Lead & execute our motion design strategy, deciding when and where motion will make sense throughout the experience
  • Establish, evangelize, and maintain the design system for app and web to ensure consistent styles are being utilized throughout the experiences
  • Partner with analytics and marketing teams to support A/B test plans with designs
  • Partner with product and development teams to bring the designs to life, working hand-in-hand to deliver specs, requirements, and support QA
  • Conduct customer interviews, synthesize findings, and design new experiences based on customer feedback
  • Conduct audits of competitors' user experiences to discover insights and opportunities
  • Communicate designs and drive alignment with teammates and stakeholders from low-fi wireframe concepts to final hi-fi designs
  • Champion and ensure ADA compliance of all Dunkin' web & app properties
  • Partner with the brand stewardship team to ensure alignment on creative
  • Provide leadership on copy direction throughout experience, translating our brand voice appropriately on app and web
  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, and industry standards
  • Partner with external teams and agencies as needed

What You'll Need
  • 3-5 years experience in UX design, specifically in agile software development environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UX, Graphic Design, or other related discipline
  • Online portfolio that showcases your design skills and demonstrates originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills. Portfolio submission is required. Bonus: examples that demonstrate your UX copywriting and motion skills.
  • Comfortable designing within iOS and Android native platform guidelines, and have portfolio examples to show it
  • Proven ability to conduct customer and competitive research using tools such as Usertesting.com and effectively present findings, acting as the voice of the customer
  • Proficiency with design & prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Lottie, After Effects, and Principle
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset that also understands business goals and objectives
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
