The Senior UX Manager reports through The Customer Office on the Employee Experience Design team, leading and creating modern solutions that empower users across Services and Home. Our team represents the Voice of the Employee, and are customer obsessed. We live this by creating meaningful, modern and empowering experiences that advocate for both customers and employees throughout the enterprise.
The Sr. UX Manager is a practice expert and people leader. This role leads by example defining design solutions and solving user problems. Over time you will grow, guide and mentor a team of designers in order to evolve digital tools and service design experiences through collaboration, validation by empowering employees and obsessing over the customer experience. This role will be accountable for the design work of assigned portfolios that aligns with supporting business goals, technology OKR's and employee and customer needs. This work will require strong communication and relationship building across the broader organization.
