JustGiving ⟩ User Researcher (Fixed Term Contract)
About the role
We are looking for a User Researcher to join our growing Research Team. You will be part of amultidisciplinary product team, working collaboratively withour product designers &product managers.
You will be responsible for designing and conducting user research, and identifying the best method based on research goals and resources. You will be responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting). You will be using a variety ofuser research methodologies to reveal actionable customer insights. You will also be comfortable working with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation.
Use a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct both generative and evaluative research.
Plan, design and conduct userresearch testing sessions, fromuser recruitment through to test moderation, analysis and reporting.
Perform quick but thorough analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results.
Work closely withdesigners and product managers, usinginsights to inform product development and influenceproduct direction.
Present findingsand user insights to project stakeholders and the wider business.
Help to promote a collaborative, user centric culture through group analysis, workshops and ideation sessions.
Collect & analyse consumer NPS data and other CX metrics, feeding insights into a quarterly voice of the customer update for the business.
Help to maintain and scale a growing insights knowledge base.
Experience in the application of a variety of research methods, including but not limited to:
Usability testing (remote and in-person)
In-depth userinterviews (remote and in-person)
Experience analysing both quantitative and qualitative data.
Experience with remote research & survey tools suchas Lookback, Userlytics, UserTesting, UsabilityHub, SurveyMonkey.
